Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is your place to process your experiences, work on issues you would like to change, and find skills to improve your life. Together we can identify areas of your life that could use improvement and I can teach you skills to make the changes you want to see. I treat adults age 18 and older for the following concerns:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Family Conflict

  • Compassion Fatigue

  • Relationship Issues

  • Codependency

  • Setting Boundaries

  • Managing Emotions

  • Stress

  • Transitional Life Stages

  • Finding Values and Purpose

Individual sessions $150 per 50 minute session.
