Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore personal experiences, address concerns, and develop practical skills for meaningful change. Together, we identify areas for growth and work toward goals that support improved well-being. I provide therapy for adults (18+) experiencing concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, emotional regulation, boundary setting, compassion fatigue, life transitions, and issues related to values and purpose.
