My Philosophy
I believe people can live genuine, fulfilling lives because I have witnessed powerful transformations – from uncertainty to confidence, and from victimhood to empowerment.
My desire to become a therapist began during my first human growth and development course in college. I was fascinated by the ways the body and brain adapt over time to meet a person’s evolving needs. I wanted to help people create meaningful changes in their mental health – changes that may be subtle, yet deeply transformative.
Humans are part of a broader picture; no one exists in a vacuum. We are shaped by the people around us and the experiences we endure. Our family of origin is often our first and most influential teacher – and sometimes the lessons we learn are painful or harmful.
Not all traumas are obvious. Some experiences are quiet, ongoing, or easily minimized, which can make it difficult to recognize the profound impact they have on our lives.
My clients leave therapy feeling supported, confident in their ability to maintain boundaries and integrity, and empowered to live from a place of authenticity and self-trust.

FAQ
1 / How much does therapy cost?
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $150 per session. An extra 30 minutes can be added for an additional $75.
I have a limited sliding scale. Please inquire about available rates.
2 / What are your office hours?
Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
I do not offer office hours Friday through Sunday. Replies to calls and emails occur within my office hours.
3 / Do you see children, teens, or couples?
I only work with individual adults. Working with children, teens, and couples require specialized training which I do not have. Not just any therapist can work with any concern or population, so I make sure to stick to what I am good at.
